[WEEKLY WRAP-UP] 160501-160508 Japan Fanmeet & Baekhyun Turns 24! This week in review...

Hello everyone! It's been about 2 months since the last time I did a weekly wrap up. I am S O sorry. Helpful to fans that don't follow EXO's every breath and move, the purpose of this post is to provide you with the highlights of each week in this world we call the EXO Planet. (Was that cheesy?)
Let's get started, shall we?

EXO kicked off the week in Japan this past Sunday for a special three-day fan meet based off of their previous documentary series, EXO Channel. Each day of EXO Channel E.X.O featured one letter of the group's name (Day 1: E, Day 2: X, Day 3: O).  The event was held in Japan's legendary Budokan indoor arena which seats 14,500. I'm sure that it was filled to capacity each day. The venue is famous for it's central stage which allows the artist to be surrounded by fans on all sides.

The popular variety show Lay participates in, Go Fighting, aired episodes 3 & 4 this week. Lay fainted in episode 4. It was filmed in January, so he's okay now. He was hospitalized for 2 hours and then returned to continue filming. Episode 3 Lay Cut Engsub│Episode 4 Raw

 

Last but not least, Baekhyun turned 24 (25 korean age) this week! He's offically (in korean age) half of 50! Ahh, I remember when we used to say that about Xiumin, during the Growl era. *tears* Please check out the great and amazing article our writer wrote about him.
