140626 Super Junior's Heechul Talks About Taeyeon & Baekhyun's Relationship

Super Junior's Heechul made an appearance on the June 26th edition of JTBC's 'Ssul Jeon' in which he addressed his opinions about Girls' Generation's Taeyeon and EXO's Baekhyun's relationship. 

On the show, Heechul said "To tell the truth, what fans are most upset about in relation to this dating scandal is that [Taeyeon and Baekhyun] made it so that fans could find out beforehand, using stuff like SNS. Regardless of whether they were codes hinting at their relationship, some things there were true, so fans are not graciously overlooking this dating scandal" briefly touching on the reason for the fans' sense of betrayal.

He continued saying "This is what I always say: you can't help but date.  How could handsome and pretty people not date?"  

Although Heechul expressed this, he also stated that he personally advises people to hide their relationship away from the public, making sure no trace of the relationship can be brought up by the media later. He revealed that he never once took a single picture with any of his past girlfriends and that he believed that the only thing truly important in a relationship was that the two involved sincerely liked each other; couple items are unnecessary. In regards to the Taeyeon and Baekhyun couple, Heechul said that since Baekhyun and Taeyeon were the best at showing the fans love and receiving love from them, he thinks the fans' disappointment reflects their love for the two idols.

When asked whether he knew about the relationship before it was officially announced, Heechul stated "I knew about one month before," since he is most close with Taeyeon in Girls' Generation and Baekhyun in EXO.
